We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer with technical and business expertise to help us maintain, build, automate, scale, monitor, and work alongside the full lifecycle of operating a highly tuned infrastructure. Systems Engineers will work interdependently and must bring projects to completion, including developing necessary operating procedures, instructions, training, and documentation. Work is performed, and technical decisions are made with independent judgment, thought, and creativity.

We deploy in major data center locations across the globe. We own and operate our own full-stack infrastructure (network, servers, security, etc). Our focus is on security, high availability, and performance optimization.

Desired Skills
- Experience with blockchain deployment and management within Substrate, Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana ecosystems
- Ability to deploy Web 2 applications with platforms based on NodeJS, React, and NextJS
- Capabilities to deploy and administer bash, ansible, and TypeScript scripts
- Familiar with git and compilation of projects using Rust, GoLang, and C++
- Previous experience working within a VM environment, preferably using Proxmox

We are looking for an experienced Validator Operations Specialist with a strong background in Ethereum and Solidity to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize Ethereum-based validators, troubleshoot smart contract issues, and provide RPC support within the Ethereum ecosystem. This is a hands-on, technical position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Ethereum validators to ensure uptime and adherence to protocol standards.
- Provide support for Solidity-based smart contracts and troubleshooting issues related to validator operations.
- Collaborate on RPC setup and support for Ethereum ecosystem integrations and contribute to EVM and various crypto SDK support.
- Use monitoring tools to track validator health and performance and proactively address technical issues.
- Create and maintain documentation of validator setup, processes, and troubleshooting practices.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role focused on Ethereum or Solidity, with exposure to validator operations and staking.

- Understanding of Ethereum’s PoS consensus, transaction mechanics, and validator requirements.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.

Description
We seek a driven and knowledgeable RPC/Node/Web3 Infrastructure Sales Associate to join our sales team. This role will focus on driving sales of GlobalStake’s node infrastructure, RPC services, and Web3 solutions to a range of crypto-native clients, including other Web3 firms, decentralized application (dApp) developers, blockchain platforms, and other enterprises in need of reliable Web3 infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a background in Web3, infrastructure sales, or related technology, combined with a strong understanding of the needs of Web3 organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of GlobalStake’s RPC, node, and Web3 infrastructure services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients within the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain firms, dApp developers, and platforms needing infrastructure support.
- Identify and develop opportunities with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process to close deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand and position GlobalStake’s infrastructure offerings to meet evolving client needs.
- Represent GlobalStake at relevant industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Typescript / React Developer to join our team on a contract basis to assist in shipping version two of StakePad, a leading-edge application in the institutional staking ecosystem. This remote position is designed for a mid-level to senior developer who thrives in a collaborative, remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to implement new features and enhancements in version two of the StakePad application.
- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reusable React components.
- Integrate front-end components with backend systems built in Nest.js.
- Work with TypeORM to manage data models and database interactions.
- Ensure a consistent and responsive design using Tailwind CSS.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Typescript and React with a strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks and tools.
